Please help us by filling out this form for events and activities and small-group Zoom calls so we may put them on our church calendar for all to see. This form also serves as a way to request a Zoom conference call through our church's Zoom account. We need this information to make sure calls and events are scheduled in such a way as to not conflict with other groups participants may be a part of. Thank you for your consideration!
These forms are for requests to use any portion of the church campus or to reserve the church bus for outings by members and affiliated groups. Submitted forms go through a review/approval process by church leaders. Persons making the requests will be notified as quickly as possible (usually with two business days) of the approval results. Approved requests will be added to the church calendar.
These policies are for anyone requesting use of our Fellowship Building and/or Sanctuary for weddings and receptions, and those who are asking to use any portion of our campus for large groups, especially those needing special setups, opening/closing of facilities outside of regular hours, and non-members and groups. Please download policies, fill out completely, and email completed forms to office@bensonmemorial.org. Submitted forms go through a review/approval process by church leaders.
